Dear Urban Rez Social Enterprise Members,

Hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Urban Rez Social Enterprise (URSE) will be held via Zoom call on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 12 – 12:45pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. Approve the minutes of the AGM held last year on June 3, 2021
2. Receive and consider the consolidated financial statements of URSE for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021;
3. Elect Directors and Officers;
4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
