An evidence based personal development program designed to positively invigorate and empower persons impacted by incarceration.
Programming addresses the sector-wide lack of culturally competent programs that integrate professional development, education opportunity, and crime prevention into a singular mode of delivery.
INSIDE:
Social transformative change programming to persons in custody.
- We deliver in person or virtual social emotional intelligence, pre-employment, financial literacy, mental wellness and re-entry training.
OUT:
A continuum of social and employment related support for citizens returning to community from custody.
- Life stabilization
- Supporting returning citizens with housing, food security, systems navigation.
- Workforce Development
- Career Exploration, Job Preparation, work placement, education and training referrals for returning citizens seeking employment.
- The Inside Out Workforce Development team also works with individuals on parole/probation and those who have criminal records.
