Position Title: Director
Location: Urban Rez Solutions Social Enterprise
Reports to: Board of Directors

Role Summary: Directors are responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to the organization. They contribute to the development of policies, participate in board meetings, and support the organization’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in board meetings and committee work.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization’s programs and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and plans.
• Support fundraising and community engagement efforts.
• Monitor organizational performance and ensure accountability.
• Advocate for the organization and its mission in the community.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leadership or governance roles, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise.
• Strong understanding of the organization’s mission and programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and provide constructive feedback.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Urban Rez Solutions.
