Position Title: President
Location: Urban Rez Solutions Social Enterprise
Reports to: Board of Directors

Role Summary: The President provides leadership to the Board of Directors, ensuring the organization’s mission and goals are achieved. This role involves overseeing board meetings, guiding strategic planning, and serving as the primary liaison between the board and the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate board meetings, ensuring effective discussion and decision-making.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Represent Urban Rez Solutions in the community and at various events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational bylaws and governance practices.
• Monitor the organization’s progress towards achieving its mission and goals.
• Facilitate board member development and engagement.
