04

An Online Store

E-commerce ready, payment processing set up, ready to take your first order. Trained on how to run it.

05

Customer Tools

Customer management software, marketing tools, and the digital systems modern businesses run on. Free for the program duration.

06

Capital Pathway

Facilitated access to the FACE Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund for graduates. Access to capital is part of the program, not an afterthought.

ABOUT

Delivered by Urban Rez Solutions Social Enterprise.

For more than a decade, Urban Rez has supported Black, Indigenous, and racialized justice-impacted Canadians through programs that build relationships inside correctional facilities and provide continuity of support after release.

THE INSIDE-OUT FRAMEWORK

Urban Rez programs are different because they begin before release. We build relationships with participants while they are still inside, then provide structured support after. Continuity is the model.
