Street Entrepreneurs 3.0 is a Canadian initiative designed exclusively for Black individuals impacted by the justice system, advancing pathways to economic participation and long-term stability.
Street Entrepreneurs 3.0 is a 16-week, 36-session hybrid program. We don't just teach business. We build them with you.
Walk out of the program with a fully registered, operational business in your name. We handle the paperwork, you handle the vision.
One you can actually use. Built with you over 16 weeks, not handed to you in a folder on day one.
A custom website built by our team. Your brand, your products, your store. Live by week 12.
E-commerce ready, payment processing set up, ready to take your first order. Trained on how to run it.
Customer management software, marketing tools, and the digital systems modern businesses run on. Free for the program duration.
Facilitated access to the FACE Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund for graduates. Access to capital is part of the program, not an afterthought.

For more than a decade, Urban Rez has supported Black, Indigenous, and racialized justice-impacted Canadians through programs that build relationships inside correctional facilities and provide continuity of support after release.
Urban Rez programs are different because they begin before release. We build relationships with participants while they are still inside, then provide structured support after. Continuity is the model.
